Now covering your disc for Paella, steaming, plow disc cooking stews and boils or any other cooking style is easily done with these high-domed lids. The perfect addition to the discada plow disk cooker.
The lids are 3.5" in depth, natural wood handle, and sizes are based on the 18", 22" and 24" discs we offer.
These lids are Made in the USA.

ACTUAL Dimensions - All lids are 2" smaller than the disc, this prevents condensation from leaking under the disc edge.
- Lid for a 24" Disc and 24" Moab measures 22"
- Lid for a 22" Disc measures 20"
- Lid for the 20" Moab only measures 18"
- Lid for a 18" Disc measures 16"

Great lid that helps hold in the heat.
Works great for holding in the heat on some dishes. Made of aluminum so that it's very low maintenance.

Great Lid
Bought this last week and I really liked it, because of its great construction and design. I grab the lid from the handle after it has been on the disk and it is cool to the touch! you don't have to worry about getting burned.

Heavy Surprise!
When I ordered this lid, I pictured it as being rather flimsy. Boy was I surprised. This thing is heavy duty and well made. I thought at first it was a bit small, but after referencing back to the photos on the website I was mistaken again.(I'm never wrong). I am looking forward to many great cookouts with my Southwest disk and cover.

Perfect fit
as with all Southwest products shipping and packaging is the best, came 1800 miles not a problem, strong , lightweight dimensions are perfect fit for disk. you have to put handle on lid 2 screws no big deal all pre-drilled. did large batch peppers, onions, garlic, fresh basil at end white wine and the lid put the steam to it . fits in discada cover with disk as well.

Top it off!
The lid adds a whole new dimension to the disk! I put a small rack in the bottom of the disk - warm everything up nicely with the lid on --- place a pan of biscuits on the rack, cover with the lid - and - shazaam - the disk is an oven and the biscuits are browned! Also, the lid fits in the cover just fine with the disk for storage and travel. Thanks!

New Lid
Purchased the lid with my 18" disc. It fits the disc well. Has a wooden handle so it should be easier to remove from the heat. Shipped fast and well packed.
