If you thought the 22" UFO disc is big.....then this is the Starship Enterprise of our UFO style Discada's!!

This 24" cooking disk (Rio Grande) features either Trinity, Santa Fe, Angel Fire, or BBQ Springer style handles with the addition of 3 removable legs to support it over a campfire. It gives you the versatility of using it on your burner or using it on a campfire (why prop it up on rocks?!?) The legs are easily detachable and do not interfere when used on a burner. They offer many uses: campfire, fire pit, secure setting, use with limited space.....use it at home, in the woods, the desert, RV'ing or at a tailgate party...the uses are endless with only one thing in mind; fantastic food and great times with old and new friends.

  • Sturdy steel 12" legs giving it a 2' campfire radius. Easily attach and remove the legs (No need to carry around a cumbersome stand)
    • Legs will also store easily in our MRG Discada 24" Cover
  • Huge at  24" round, about a 1/4" thick
  • Semi-Flat bottom at about 10" across
  • Cones up to a height of 4"
  • Gives you 27" of cooking space end to end...this will hold a lot of food!!
  • Weighs in at a hefty 25 pounds
  • We thoroughly prep, season and clean the disk so you don't have to
  • We provide the disk with its first deep seasoning and firing (It is READY TO USE when you receive it)

Awesome! Love my new Discada plow disk from Southwest Disk! Exceeded my expectations! Have already cooked Steak & Onions, Pork Fried Rice, Steak & Chicken Fajitas, breakfast (multiple times), and love cooking with it! David is very responsive and helpful! Yes, it even works well on my induction stovetop (indoors)! Highly recommend getting yourself one of these handy cooking devices from this Veteran owned/operated company...you won’t be disappointed!

    Roswell 24" is the Bombdiggity.

Wanted to get myself a disco after seeing some folks cook on one and found good reviews for this company and its products. My order was filled promptly and sent to me as promised. I've already cooked on it several times and have had no issues with anything sticking. I like that the wok works fine on my burner both with and without the legs attached. I'm looking forward to taking this thing camping with me and using it to cook in the woods. I was worried that it was going to be gigantic, but it's not as bad as I thought it might be. It's big, but not unruly to move around and it's been easy to clean. I highly recommend this product and company.

ROSWELL - THE 24" UFO DISCADA **ENTERPRISE**

I recently purchased the disc, have used it a few times - and it is great. I wanted something that provides the most flexibility for cooking options, and this product is it. So far I've only used my propane burner as a heat source. Just knowing I can build a campfire, or use charcoal to cook under various poor conditions (power or natural gas outages, etc.), makes the Enterprise an awesome investment. Last but not least - it looks really cool.

24 inch Roswell Discada with BBQ Spring Handles

Posted by Rodger Holsing on 18th Feb 2021

The package arrived a week ago, but waited until today to see it since I purchased it as a gift. First off, the discada was packaged very well. The disk itself is not only well made, but beautifully crafted as well. Thank you for a fine product that we will enjoy for years to come.

    Roswell 24-inch Discada---Enterprise

Love everything about it so far, but have only cooked once on it since receiving recently. I cooked an Asian, "Broccoli Beef" on it, and it came out great. Since the 24" disc-lids are out of stock, ended up using the actual wok cover from the one in the kitchen, which worked adequately---so waiting for the appropriately-sized lid to be back in stock. Maybe I was using to much oil, but when I tried to push certain foods out of the center-bottom and up the side(s)--they seemed to want to slide right back in to what I was cooking and had wanted to keep separate at that time---but otherwise, I was pleased with the product and surprised by myself for pulling off a successful first-time effort. One note: even though all the info one needs is on the website, not everyone may not be tech-savvy or if the disc is given as a gift--I'd recommend having some sort of owners manual and instructions printed out and included with the disc. Thank you, Southwestdisc!

Excellent disk for cooking over fire!

Posted by Jessica Joy Kotnour on 13th Jul 2020

I have purchased one of these for myself and my family as well as several for gifts now. It makes for a great way to spend time together outdoors around the fire and share a meal. More fun for people to hang out around than a grill. I would highly recommend this product!

    Need to improve my cooking

Posted by One Thumb-up on 10th May 2020

Be warn! The first day of the use, I oiled Rio using 2 pieces of beef big fat in high heat. The fat melted oil in second and the color turned black tar starting smoke. My neighbor closed their 2nd floor window and watching the foggy smoky sky coming out from my patio. I could not even open my eyes from the smoke while I rush into contain it grabbing little paper napkins to soak the oil in the pan. I dipped my right thumb in the Rio Caliente OIL, and it jumpped out of the smoke still cooking in the air. Luckily I could turn a water valve in the patio and run water on my finger but it was still sizzling to the water. Yes, I tried to impress my wife to get her acceptted a new family. "Return it!" ... I could not barely talk in burning sensation sweating out from my forehead. But I did manage to feed her the rich smoky flavor stake and veg with my thumbs-up. "Please don't say return it, I love to have Roswell and this is the initiation ceremonies" smiling sweat in my eyes. Tonight, it's well cleaned and waiting for the camp trip in this summer. I needed the lesson and I'll be safe in the wood. And 1 more thing. DO NOT USE beef fat to oil the pan! I'm sorry just didn't know it.
