Discada - (Spanish for cooking in an agricultural disk) is the Southwest's version of the wok which is an agricultural plow disc that yields spectacular flavors. Folks have been using these ever since the disk plow was around and it's been a secret of the Southwest for a long time.

Our disks are brand new 22" Brazilian forged steel 1/4" thick and weigh in at a hefty 22lbs.
