Roswell and UFO's???
On the night of July 2nd in 1947 something crashed into desert outside of Roswell, New Mexico. Soon after, the military closed off the area. The first announcement made by the military was that a flying saucer had crashed. Quickly after this first announcement the story was changed by the government..............
what was thought to have been a flying saucer was only a weather balloon...or so we are told......

The Disk Life
I waited 9 years to finally pull the trigger on one of these after first being introduced to them by a friend from New Mexico. What a waste! I could have had 9 more years of seasoning baked into this baby. I cook dinner with this disk 2-3 times a week (even though it's winter). That's not including the other 2-3 days I fry up some eggs for breakfast for the family. My son, a notoriously picky eater, absolutely loves the eggs cooked on this thing. I use the propane burner at home but I wanted to purchase the Roswell so I can have the option to cook out over the fire on camping trips. This disk seems to be the perfect size for home cooking and small enough to take camping. Larger meals as well. I cooked up some chicken fajitas on the patio for Super Bowl. Fed about 6-7 people. My dad purchased the 24-inch a few weeks after I got mine, due in part to the bombardment of tasty cooking videos I was sending him. Favorite meals so far. Mongolian noodles with pork. Chicken and beef fajitas. Breakfast burritos (cook the potatoes and eggs in the bacon grease) Fried rice. Ney york steaks cooked in garlic butter. This thing is solid. The value is massively greater than the price of admission. I honestly won't be using my grill much anymore. This thing is too much fun to cook on, and it's a great way to cook/hang out with other people. I'll be cooking noodles on it in the snow with a glass of whiskey tonight. Listening to Marty Robbins.

Absolutely fantastic
We purchased this model for the option to use over a fire when camping. We took this camping on our first trip of the season and have used it at home a few times as well. It is very easy to use for cooking and clean up could not be easier. We have been very happy with the purchase of this discada and would easily recommend one.

Very happy with my new “Roswell” with horseshoe handles! Shipping was very fast to Canada (surprisingly!) The disc arrived beautifully pre-seasoned. Our test run included fried eggs and I was shocked at how “non stick” this pan was! The black pipe legs are a nice sturdy touch. This pan will definitely outlast me!

Discada Convert
First off the welding is good and the product is high quality. Heavy and great even heating. This thing is so fun, particularly if you want to cook for a group of people. Simmer pork chunks for hours, make a breakfast scramble, a jambalya, a discada, whatever you want to do this will cook it quickly and easily. Well made and incredibly fun. Get the lid and expand your horizons!
