Now covering your disc for Paella, steaming, plow disc cooking stews and boils or any other cooking style is easily done with these high-domed lids. The perfect addition to the discada plow disk cooker.
The lids are 3.5" in depth, natural wood handle, and sizes are based on the 18", 22" and 24" discs we offer.
These lids are Made in the USA.

ACTUAL Dimensions - All lids are 2" smaller than the disc, this prevents condensation from leaking under the disc edge.

Plow Disc Cooking
I used to make these when I was in construction. Gave them away and now I wanted a couple in preparation for the possible crunch. Have both the 22" & 24". We have a great time cooking with friends and these big boys make nice conversation pieces while cooking away. Great job guys.

I only wish you offered a wind ring , or heavy duty wok ring . I use a bayou jet burner, We live in the foothills of colorado, wind can be a problem. I'm looking for something 14 inches in dia.x 3 inches in height . Thanks Bob

GREAT LID...
Where can you find a disk lid of this size and this quality for this price? You can't.... It fits my disk to cook and to steam,what more can I ask for? THANKS MIKE in OHIO

glad i decided to also get the lid. I haven't used it, but it is going to get a lot of use. i leave it on when i store it. Nice heavy duty lid.

Get it for gold too!
This all aluminum flat top lid is perfect for steaming or cooking on colder days. I want another one without the handle & holes so I can use as a "batea" = Brazilian gold pan.

whish I'd have thought of that!
I do lots of disc cooking and have always used foil for a lid. What a PITA! This lid is nice and light and deep and works fantastically. Thought I'd made up a new word there for a second, but no. Anyway, this lid makes cooking on the disc so much more enjoyable. I highly recommend it.

Dome did the trick
I got my new 24" dome just in time to cook for a Super Bowl Bash, the dome help me cook much faster using it. I cooked 80 pounds of hamburger meat and the dome sure did help cook the meat faster. The dome not got hot to the touch, wooden handle works just great. I will be using this dome on my disco for the many up coming tailgates that I go to. Thanks for a wonderful item to use with my disco.

finally! a proper lid
Some dinners just have to be cooked with a lid, even somthing as basic as hamburger helper, and its a must for my famous steamed clams, and garlic white wine sauce, I'm so glad I purchased this lid, great job
