Now covering your disc for Paella, steaming, plow disc cooking stews and boils or any other cooking style is easily done with these high-domed lids. The perfect addition to the discada plow disk cooker.
The lids are 3.5" in depth, natural wood handle, and sizes are based on the 18", 22" and 24" discs we offer.
These lids are Made in the USA.

ACTUAL Dimensions - All lids are 2" smaller than the disc, this prevents condensation from leaking under the disc edge.

Lid as well as disk
The disk cooking, or grilling is the very best. Once you get used to using the disk you will never go back to the old way of outside grilling. The disk is easy to use, easy to clean, and easy to coat the disk. This purchase is the 4th one I have purchased. I have one, my son has one, a Dr. friend has one ( we gave it to the Dr. for a gift) and this one is for a Wedding Gift. All wanted one and don’t forget the lid. They are the best as well. Get one and learn how to use it and you will love it!!!!

DISCADA Flat Dome Lid
Ordered the lid (for the 24 inch disc) as soon as it was available. I got it several days ago and have used it once, so far. The lid fits my Enterprise disc like it should. I'm happy with the product and look forward to more cooking. The lid, like my 24 inch disc, is a need - not a want... Ok, it's a bit of both. Thank you Southwestdisk.

A Must for the Discada
I have the 22" BBQ Spring Handle Design and this thing is a must to help keep the food juicy and help speed up the cook time. Works great when you want to melt cheese on top of what you are cooking and being aluminum it is light and cleans up well. It was well packed and has gotten a lot of use.
