The Mighty Rio Grande - One of the longest rivers of North America. The Rio Grande flows out of the snowcapped Rocky Mountains in Colorado and journeys 1,900 miles to the Gulf of Mexico. It passes through 800 foot chasms of the Rio Grande Gorge, a wild and remote area of northern New Mexico. The canyon provides a wide variety of recreational opportunities, luring fishermen, hikers, artists, and whitewater boating enthusiasts. Access in the upper canyon is restricted by the terrain, but several trails lead to the rivers edge. The two most popular whitewater segments are the Taos Box, 17 miles of Class IV whitewater, and the 5 mile Racecourse, a Class III segment. The lower canyon is paralleled by state roads, and receives the majority of the recreational use.
The Rio Grande and Red River designation was among the original eight rivers designated by Congress as Wild and Scenic in 1968. The designation was extended by legislation in 1994 to include an additional 12 miles of the Rio Grande. The designated area includes 60 miles of the Rio Grande from the Colorado/New Mexico state line to just beyond BLM's County Line Recreation Site, and the lower 4 miles of the Red River.

Very nice
This thing is top notch. Came ready to cook. It cooks really well and is very solid. Weighs a good bit which I like. For the money it's well worth it. Very impressed.

Rio Grande is Grand
The first meal I cooked was fajitas. I cooked my onions, bell peppers and jalapeños first, and then I pushed the veggies up on the side of the wok, and started heating the fajitas. The aroma from the wok was awesome; it smelled like my favorite Mexican restaurant when I order fajitas. Once the fajitas where good and brown I added the veggies back and cooked for a few more minutes. I hate to boost, but that was the best fajitas I’ve ever eaten. This wok is so simple to cook with; it takes no time to cook a meal. It is endless on what you can cook on this thing. My next meal is going to be fried fish and shrimp. Recommend you order the cover when buying your wok. I didn’t and now I will have to order one in the future. I did a lot of research before I bought this wok. I felt like this was the best wok and price for me and I’m totally satisfied. The wok is solid and heavy, which is what I wanted in order to keep it stable on the burner. If you are looking at getting a wok, you can’t go wrong with the Rio Grande.

Christmas gift for my husband
We have not used the disk yet, but when it arrived i was very pleased by it's appearance and size. I loved the spring handles and I know my husband is going to love it as well. Our family cooks on the disk a few times a week and it has become a tradition to try new recipes every Sunday during football. Thank you!

This thing is wonderful!
I bought this for my boyfriend in July and he uses it at least 3 times per week. It is great because he can take it with him when he travels for work. It is very versatile. You can cook anything on it and it works great. I highly recommend this product. I think I may get my Dad one for Christmas!

Best wok like cooker I have ever used
I have a 20' x 24' covered deck where I do all my cooking on. I have a large charcoal grill, a large propane grill, a propane turkey fryer, many propane fish fryers and gumbo cooking pots. Now I have my dish cooker, there isn't anything I can't cook. I am the talk of the neighborhood, Thanks a lot

A " Honker " of a cooker
This thing is massive and not for the faint of heart ---as in large and heavy. I have a large family and this will go on top of a Stok 22.5 grill , and provide some great food for our family get-togethers. Looking forward to using it! I promise that the only limitation for what you can prepare will be limited only by "Your " imagination. Love it !!!
