The Moab Rim trail is one of our favorites of many Jeep trails in Moab that we enjoy rock crawling on and what better way to share this than name one of our Disco's after this beautiful 4x4 trail. A big hit with us at the Annual Easter Jeep Safari in Moab is our Southwest Discada's!! Maybe we will see you there!?
The Moab Rim is the cliff rim seen just to the southwest of Moab. Its only four-wheel-drive access begins just down river from town and the first mile has about the highest density of obstacles of any of the area trails. Many vehicles have "bit the rocks" on the succession of rock ledges and tight turns that lead to the rim. On top, the trail is sand and rock as it leaves the rim, but it returns at another overlook. A spur, sometimes used, visits Indian ruins and rock art. After closing a short loop, the trail returns on the same rocky mile it started with. A formerly used trail loop to the famous Egg Ranch Fin and Death Row has been closed for more than ten years to all motorized travel by BLM's Resource Management Plan.

Awesome disc
After trying to deal with fire disc customer service I cancelled the order and went with the moab and adjustable burner. I contacted customer service to see what burner to order and they responded with a recommendation within minutes. This disc awesome. Its huge and you can tell the quality. Cooked on it for the first time and was beyond satisfied. Will probably order the smaller version for camping etc, but the 24” is massive and you could easily cook for the whole family as well as the extended family. I would not order any other brand of disc.

24" Moab Rim
I was looking for a Disco for cooking to use in the style of my family in Argentina. Everyone down there has these to cook over wood fires or on gas burners. This product is far superior to the crude farm implement disks in Argentina. It is a work of art in comparison. No welded edges and with a weight that holds the heat. Have only cooked once on it so far but the food came out fantastic. Sent pictures to my family and they are envious. Love it but it is a beast(heavy)

24" MOAB
Again another great product produced by a great company. Already had the 24" Rio Grande and wanted the 24" MOAB because the Rim would allow me to cook more items. When I received did not disappoint. It cooked great and way both this products are made will last a lifetime. Only wish the 24" MOAB cover was in stock. The company is great with very fast shipping. Will definitely order from this company again if I need anymore products I need.

24" Moab
The quality of the product and customer service cannot be beat. After receiving my 24" Moab, I cleaned it with hot soap and water and then proceeded to season it. I placed it on my burner and used avocado oil to obtain a proper seasoning. The next day I cooked up 12lbs of discada nortena . Everyone at the party commented these were some of the best tacos ever. Clean up was a breeze, this thing is built like a tank and the seasoning will only continue to get better with use. Thanks for the great product.

Moab Rim
Excellent cooking disc. I purchased a 22 Santa Fe and finished seasoning when I decided I wanted the Moab Rim. Lucky for my son, he now has the Santa Fe. The Moab Rim is a great addition to my cooking arsenal. I seasoned it very good before cooking on it. Now it's like cooking on a Teflon grill. Amazing quality and I recommend it highly. Thanks Southwest for another great product.
