The Nuclear Age was ushered in with the world's first atomic detonation at Trinity Site on July 16, 1945. Trinity Site is located on the northern end of Whites Sands Missile Range in central New Mexico. Trinity Site, now only mildly radioactive, is open to the public for one day, twice a year.
Trinity Site is open to the public twice a year--on the first Saturday in April and October.

22” Trinity Oval Discada
Phenomenal! All the way around, I purchased this as a housewarming gift for some friends of ours, who love to cook and who saw my discada. 22” Disk w/ Trinity handles.
I’ve had this discada a little over a year now. Definitely one of my favorite cooking vessels I have ever owned. I have a nice cast iron and carbon steel collection too. This is one, that I never again want to be with out. I love it! The oval shaped Trinity handles are plenty big enough for my extra large paws, even with gloves on. Glad I chose Southwest Disk.

22 " Trinity Model Discada
We found this product online and had to have it. The value and quality of this discada could not be better. We cooked on it last night for Canada Day, It was so much fun to use, and the food was great. Clean up was a breeze. If you like to cook for a small or large gathering, you got to have one of these. Don't skimp on others, this is the one you want. Delivery included, it came to $114 US. The discada was preseasoned and ready to go. Have fun.

Awesome piece of metal....
I just can't say more. Every discada recipe should begin with: "Start with 1/4 of bacon......"..... after that, how bad can it be? Also great for guests as you can bring in a sizzling disk of food and guests can just have at it.
